Depends on what you want to recover the seat with. For good marine grade vinyl go to a local boat shop. For leather get hold of Tandy or your local equivalent. I recommend leather, as my home done water buffalo hide seat cover leaks less (without oiling or waxing) than the factory original cheap thin vinyl.
Covering the seat is pretty straightforward, other than stapling. The seat pan is tougher than it looks. I had to finish driving in the cover staples with a tack hammer.
